Introduction to Services

Individual counseling is provided in office or via online telehealth services.  This is the opportunity to share your past, present and future.  We will spend time looking at coping mechanisms, processing traumas, and identifying goals for you living a life of better mental wellness.

The client is the couple!  So because you are one, we look at the dynamics of your communication patterns, couples goals and dreams to identify how those areas can be strengthened.

Family counseling identify roles of each member of the family and how it plays out to the larger group.  We identify what is working and what is harming.  Sessions are limited to 5 family members or less.

Presentations are tailored for major corporations and agencies to present on a topic related to mental wellness.  This includes but are not limited to  self-care, work live balance, suicide and trauma response in the workplace, and communication patterns that facilitate productivity and worker wellness.

With well over a decade experience in teaching and mentoring master's and doctoral level students and counselors, this service provides consultation on working in the field as a counselor and maintaining work-life balance.  Included are professional self-care plans and accountability, consultation on clients, and consulting on experiences of  counter transference and vicarious trauma.

Presentations for women's night, men's lunch gatherings, family groups,  church presentations or parenting groups.  

Sessions must be canceled 24 hours before scheduled appointment.  This allows for effective planning and opportunities for other clients to book available appointment times. Sessions canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance must pay full session fee rates. Fees are non-refundable or transferable.

 When it comes to court action, the following fees are in effect:

1. Preparation Time (including submission of records): $220/hour (billable in 15 minute increments)
2. Phone calls: $220/hour (billable in 15 minute increments)
3. Depositions: $250/hour
4. Time required in Giving Testimony: $250/hour
5. Mileage: .56/mile
6. Time Away from office due to Depositions or Testimony: $220/hour
7. All attorney fees and costs that are incurred by the therapist.

       8.  Filing document with the court: $100

       9.  The minimum charge for a court appearance: $1500

A retainer of $1500 is due at least 72 business hours before the scheduled court appearance. The remainder of the costs will be billed after the court appearance and will be due upon receipt.
